Ms. Neal is a partner who concentrates her practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, and business and tax matters. She has extensive experience in the preparation of wills, trusts, gift and estate tax returns, and in the formation and maintenance of closely held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. A significant part of her practice includes the perfection and enforcement of mechanic’s lien claims for the firm’s construction clients. Ms. Neal has earned the following honors and distinctions:
